You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any Content in any form or by any means
• Modify, translate, adapt, merge, make derivative works of, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Platform
• Sell, resell, license, sublicense, transfer, assign or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or any Content
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data-gathering or extraction tools on the Platform
• Use the ck677 name, logo, brand marks or trademarks without prior written permission from ck677

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ck677 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original wager amount to the player's account balance. ck677's decision in such matters is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out below.

ck677's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ck677 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
